Subscription Services: McQuillan Designs, LLC (dba Chimaera Gallery) provides subscription service that delivers limited edition art prints to your designated address. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, on the 15th of every month.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the subscription service, including pricing and product offerings, with prior notice to subscribers.

2. Delivery and Shipping

  • We rely on third-party shipping services for the delivery of artwork. Each shipment is insured for the full value of the item. If your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact Chimaera and we will work with you to create an insurance claim. We are not liable for any delays during shipping.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by subscribers. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details.

3. Refund and Returns:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for individual subscriptions. All sales are final.
